Fastaffer Academy Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Fastaffer Academy. At Fastaffer Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality courses to help learners develop essential skills. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and receiving refunds on course enrollments.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund of the full academy fee is available where it is established that Fastaffer Academy failed in any of its enrollment duties to the student for courses purchased directly from Fastaffer Academy via our website within reasonable time (exceeding 72 hours) when learning has commenced.
- We offer a partial refund of the academy fee less a flat fee of 5,000 Naira \ 50GHC, if the student demands a refund for whatever reasons having made a part payment and has not been enrolled into the learning platform.
- We offer a partial refund of the academy fee less a flat fee of 10,000 Naira \ 100GHC, if the student demands a refund for whatever reasons having made full payment and has not been enrolled into the learning platform.
- No refunds will be provided if the student has been enrolled into the teachable platform whether or not the student has accessed any part of the course content.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Courses offered at discounted or promotional prices.
- Courses provided for free under partnerships with NGOs or other promotional campaigns.
- Payments made for certificates or course add-ons.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase. To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via email at [support@fastaffer.com].
- Include your purchase details (order number, course title, and purchase date).
- State the reason for your refund request.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve every right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.
- Refunds are processed at the end of 15 working days from receipt of the student request and will be credited to the original payment method after approval.
5. Payment Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute without contacting Fastaffer Academy first may result in the student receiving partial or no refund and being banned from future enrollments and access to course materials.
6. Course Changes and Updates
If a course is discontinued or significantly updated, learners who purchased the previous version within the last 30 days may request a course credit instead of a refund.
7. Discretionary Refunds
Fastaffer Academy reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion in situations that fall outside this policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
Fastaffer Academy reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time and will be effective immediately. Notice of changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
